3. Non-Starter & Refund Policy
Horse Withdrawals (Non-Runners): If a horse featured in our race analysis is officially declared a non-runner (non-runner, scratched) before the start of the event, ZBetsTips does not issue cash refunds. Instead, you will receive a free day pass for the following day.
General Sales Policy: Due to the digital and instant nature of our content, all sales are final once the race analysis has been delivered. Race results, losing bets, or horse performance do not entitle you to a refund or replacement
4. No Guarantees & Limitation of Liability
All tips, statistical models, and recommendations represent professional opinions and analysis only. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.
ZBetsTips accepts no liability for any financial losses, damages, or costs incurred as a result of acting upon information or recommendations provided on this website. You bet entirely at your own risk and discretion.

Subscription Management: You can easily manage, pause, or cancel your recurring subscription at any time using the Manage or Cancel Subscription option in your account area, which will direct you to your secure Paddle billing portal.
Billing Entity: Paddle acts as the seller of record and handles all payment processing, tax calculation, and transaction security. Charges on your bank or credit card statement may appear as PADDLE.COM or PADDLE*ZBETSTIPS.
